On The Way to Fathers Day – 2018

This is an invitation to all men looking to move deeper into their personal process - men who seek a greater understanding of themselves.

Never before has there been such a profound invitation for men everywhere to step boldly and courageously into their roles as Fathers, Husbands and Care givers. Every man has a calling to be the greatest expression of himself – and this calling begins with a journey inwards.

This is an invitation to all men looking to move deeper into their personal process – men who seek a greater understanding of themselves; men who want to improve their management of issues around relationships, parenting and families; men who are looking to improve their self-care around health and wellbeing; and men who want to learn more about how we function, maintain ourselves and strive for fulfilment in this busy life that we share.



If you have an urge to make a difference in your relationships, then allow us to assist you in building the personal tools and techniques required, in a supportive and interactive group setting.

These three facilitators come together again for this powerful one-day event:



Wes Carter OAM

Since 1980, Wes has been conducting personal development group work with men and women, he has listened to, encouraged, challenged, supported and guided hundreds of men. A pioneer of the Men’s movement in Australia, he has committed his life to exploring and contributing to the wellbeing of people. A recipient of the Order of Australia Medal for his work in the field of men’s health and wellbeing, his work has touched many hundreds of lives. From his deep source of life experience, he shares and facilitates with rich, resonant compassion. Wes is absolutely committed, he brings humour, challenge, support and life experience to this important work among men.


Jeremy Ingham

A desire to make a real difference and contribute to the possibility of all men opening to a deeper understanding of themselves, drives Jeremy in his work in the personal development arena. For more than 25 years he has experienced many and varied modalities of personal exploration work and he brings a sharp perception, a pragmatic approach to personal growth and a wicked sense of humour to this work.  He believes that every being is the ultimate authority in their life and that each individual knows what is best for them. Jeremy’s love for his children, his family and his community spill over into his sharing with and caring for men.


Darrell Brown

After 30 years travelling the world as a freelance Cinematographer – Darrell is now a recognised “Thought leader “and International best-selling Author and Speaker on Fatherhood . He has studied and trained with some of the most progressive thinkers in the world. A Master Practitioner and Associate trainer in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) He is certified in Ericksonian Hypnosis, Alpha Dynamics, Avatar and Advanced Life Coaching techniques. Married for 21 years his passion is being a supportive husband and inspiring father to his two teenage boys
